After months of testing, Blood Orange and Italian Lemon Spritz arrive in 250ml cans built to protect their bright citrus character.
BLOOMINGTON, IN, UNITED STATES, October 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Oliver Winery today announced it’s taking its Real Fruit Spritz collection beyond the bottle. Now available in cans, Blood Orange Spritz and Italian Lemon Spritz bring the bright, fruit-forward flavor of Oliver Spritz to a whole new set of occasions. Made with real fruit and no artificial flavors, both Spritzes come in ready-to-go four-packs of 250ml cans at 6.8% ABV.
Because the best Spritz moments don’t always come with a table, a glass or a plan.
Spritz was made for the outdoors. It grew up in Italian aperitivo culture, on patios and piazzas by the water, and Oliver’s new cans carry that free-and-easy spirit wherever the day goes. Toss a four-pack in the cooler for the tailgate or the lake.
It’s a natural next step for Oliver’s “Real Fruit. Real Flavor. No Rules.™” philosophy. Spritz should be approachable, full of flavor and ready when you are, not reserved for special occasions or poured according to a rulebook. Cans make it easier to enjoy a favorite Spritz in more of the moments people love.
And while the packaging is new, the good stuff inside isn’t changing. Both Real Fruit Spritz varieties start with Oliver’s lush Moscato blend of Muscat Canelli and Muscat Alexander grapes, finished with a touch of bubble. Blood Orange Spritz brings bright, juicy citrus and a light body, thanks to natural blood orange. Italian Lemon Spritz pairs real Primofiore lemon with vanilla extracts for aromas of lemon zest and vanilla bean, plus a hint of lemon sorbet on the finish.
Bringing that same fresh, fruit-forward flavor to a can took some serious work behind the scenes. Wine can be sensitive to its container, and delicate citrus aromatics are among the first things to fade. Oliver’s winemaking team put extensive research and months of rigorous product testing into finding the right can technology, making sure every can delivers the flavor experience Spritz drinkers already know and love.
“Getting Spritz into a can was about more than changing the package. We wanted to preserve the bright citrus character and fresh flavor people love in both varieties. After a lot of testing, we’re proud to bring Blood Orange and Italian Lemon Spritz along to more of the occasions where people want to enjoy them,” said Rob Warren, Vice President of Winemaking at Oliver Winery.
Oliver Spritz cans are available in four-packs at a suggested retail price of $11.99 at Oliver’s Tasting Room in Bloomington, Indiana, and at retailers across the country. Find Oliver Spritz near you at oliverwinery.com/find-our-wines.
