Model opens to the public October 24, with a grand opening celebration to follow in November

BETHLEHEM, Ga., Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — UnionMain Homes will open the model home at Austin Springs, its new-home community in Bethlehem, to the public on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The model at 109 Barton Springs Rd. will be open Mon- Sat 10am -6pm, and Sun 12pm – 6pm for tours. UnionMain will host a grand opening celebration in November.

Austin Springs offers 43 single-family homes with 9 floor plans ranging from 2,131 – 3,625 square feet, priced from the mid $400’s. The model showcases the Warren plan, featuring a large, covered porch, guest bedroom downstairs, a flex space, and pocket office, along with 4 bedrooms up and a game room.

“Austin Springs gives buyers what is getting harder to find around Atlanta: a brand-new home in a small-town setting, without giving up an easy drive to work,” said Bandie Gehen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing of UnionMain Homes. “The model lets families stop imagining and actually walk through the home they could be living in.”

The community sits in Barrow County along the Highway 316 corridor, giving residents convenient access to Lawrenceville, Athens and metro Atlanta. Students attend Barrow County schools.

Model visitors can meet the Austin Springs sales team, speak with a preferred lender about financing options, and learn about grand opening pricing, available for a limited time.

Real estate professionals are invited to a private preview on Thursday, October 29.

Details on the November grand opening will be announced in early November. For more information or to join the VIP list, visit unionmainhomes.com/new-homes-for-sale/georgia/bethlehem/austin-springs.
